Voter Registration Bounty Program. The California Democratic Party offers a bounty for registering Democrats. The County Democratic Party must preregister voter registration forms with the State Party in order to use them to get the bounty. If your chartered club takes the lead role in organizing a voter registration activity, you may request that SCCDCC provide your club with the bounty for any voters registered.
