                David Donaldson 5 votes

 

                Shay Franco-Clausen received the votes necessary to fill the vacancy.

 

                c. Resolution on Accessibility at all CDP Meetings –

                Motion to approve passed unanimously.

 

                d. Resolutions regarding CDP Chair’s election: two different ones

Resolutions presented incurred lively discussion and debate.  Process begin by motion to call the question passes with one abstention (Peter Chiu)

Substitute motion by David Wessel and Herb Engstrom to amend presented Resolution “ Resolution on the California Democratic Party   election of the Chair” did not pass (note abstention from Peter Chiu)

Original motion to approve “Resolution Regarding Challenges to the CDP Chair Election” passes (22 in favor, 18 against, 1 abstention (Peter Chiu)

“Resolution calling for an Independent Audit of CDP Elections” – motion to approve passes 25 in favor, 15 against, 2 abstentions.
